Shimron Hetmyer missed some IPL matches on Attending Birth of his Baby
The big-hitting West Indian had traveled to Guyana on May 8 to attend the birth of his baby. Hence he missed the matches against Delhi Capitals and Lucknow Super Giants.
“Hetmyer has returned and is currently in quarantine,” said an IPL source.
The Royals, who are currently second in the points table, are on track to finish in the top two after defeating the Lucknow Super Giants by 24 runs. Rajasthan Royals RR need to win their last match of the IPL 2022 to Set their Place in the IPL 2022 Playoffs. Playing against CSK will be a tight contest.

Hetmyer, who was bought for Rs 8.5 crore in the auction by the Royals, has been a key component for the former champions this season.
